I want to say thank you. I showed up looking for an urgent care appointment on a day when those appointments were not offered. I became unexpectedly emotional when trying to describe my pain and the nurse refused to turn me away and managed to find me an appointment with someone there same day, which was exceptionally kind of her. A couple of other nurses took me to triage and were also incredibly kind. They managed to get me seen by the doctor much sooner than my appointment time, and I could not have appreciated that more. Finally, another nurse checked on a referral I had been waiting on for about an hour and got me squared away quickly with apologies that I had been waiting so long. I want to say that the nursing staff really went above and beyond for me, and I'm so humbled and grateful. I was tired, scared, and in pain and the kindness and compassion of everyone I interacted with that day brings tears to my eyes as I type this. I can't say thank you enough, especially to the nurse at the desk when I arrived who sensed my distress and did everything she could to help me and would not turn me away. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
