Extremely organized and on top of issues. Don't feel nervous going there. It's a nice environment. I like it better than Northwestern, which takes months to get an appointment.
I do not feel comfortable being seen by Dr. Shah any longer. I will be requesting a change in primary care Dr.'s. I have been treated by the other Dr. Shah several times in the past and have always been very satisfied by the level of treatment and care he has provided.
