Good care

Front desk could've done a better job checking my insurance before. I arrived only for them to tell me that that location doesn't take my insurance. They could've verified way ahead of my appointment and verified with me through phone call that I couldn't make that appointment because that facility couldn't take my insurance unless I pay.

Dr Ali Shah is a great healthcare provider, One of the best in my opinion.

My appointment was held at 6:40 pm. I was brought into the exam room right on time; both my primary care physician and the nurse were outstanding.

He is very patient, knowledgeable, up to date with new medication and alternative options. He is also friendly and funny. I never feel awkward, hurried or nervous when I go in to see him. I give him a 10
