The Check out experience needs to be improved. As a patient, you don't know where you are in line as far as checkout goes. It took me over 10 minutes to be checked out. I was sitting there with four people behind the desks and one person being helped. Eventually, I went up to a desk and stood there for a while and was helped. The problem is I didn't know where I was in line as far as check out goes. If you could somehow indicate where I am in line when checking out, it would be helpful.
