It was the first time I really felt like the doctor was actually interested in my life.
Call center told me nothing available with Dr Diaz so they booked me with someone else. I went on Live Well and saw there WAS an opening with Dr Diaz so canceled call center appointment and booked appointment with Dr Diaz online. In the future, I will book appointments on Live Well.
Several medical issues which were not related to each other are now much better controlled. These required assessments, including testing and consultations. Ongoing treatment and evaluation is really helpful. First , the physician had to make the diagnosis. Very well done.
