Dr. Petrie is amazing and very helpful and thorough in her care!
I was under the assumption that we were going to discuss the cyst on my right ovary and this conversation was all about family planning. Should I have know that this was the consult and nature of the conversation I wouldn't have went alone nor would I have participated. Family planning isn't my primary focus at this time and I was blindsided but this appointment. Needless to say that I am quite disappointed and disheartened and have no intentions of returning.
I was able to make an appointment to see a doctor very quickly. I didn't have to wait days. That was much appreciated.
This was my 1st visit with Dr. Petrie. She was very patient and understanding with my current situation of recurrent infection and offered a plan that we will follow to see if this can be alleviated. I am happy I chose her as a GYN for my health needs.

I wanted to see her because it is in the clinic I normally use. I did not have to drive far. Very pleased about that. Liked her a lot.

per provider notes in mychart, it said she did a general physical exam........HA she sat in a chair and ONLY spoke with me, never touched any part of me, not even a hand shake. How would she know if I was in distress, if my abdomen was non tender, no mass, she never even checked!!!!!! I hope these providers are aware we can read what they write!!!!
