Dr. Glasscock was very thorough and listened to everything I needed to tell her. She was patient and made sure I understood everything.

I suffer from anxiety and Dr Glasscock and her nurses have been so kind, patient and understanding.

At the reception desk, they need more cleanliness processes. The beacons and room cards are not cleaned between users. The door handles are not cleaned between patients. I was put off by this. Especially being at a new medical center.

Dr. Glasscock is very professional and makes sure you understand everything she is saying. She has amazing bed side manner and I would refer anyone to her.

Dr.Glasscock was thorough and efficient. She took extra notes about a concern I had, and made me feel less anxious about the concern I had.

Your (aurora's) new scheduling system is not efficient, causing us to wait at least a half hour waiting for our dr. My 25 minute appointment turns into almost an hour plus. Go back to your old scheduling system.

I am very impressed w Dr. Glasscock. She is friendly and explains procedures in a easily understood way.
