Wish I would have the Hip surgery the first time I went into the Hospital.
All my questions were answered and I am clear about what I need to do.
I don't drive, so the Lyft was a long ride to Oak Creek.
Not friendly. Staff either
Girls up front seemed to be working in an unhappy place. Nurse was upbeat though.
The provider did not inform me of the care for tear in cartilage of left knee.
Dr. Riordan was easy to talk to. He listened and he did an excellent job explaining next steps. The person at the front desk that checked me in did not have her mask pulled up, it was under her chin. I am employed with AAH, and I know that the policy is for us to wear masks and to see to it that our patients are wearing theirs as well. Someone that appeared to be her supervisor was sitting next to her and didn't inform her to wear her mask. That was disappointing.
I felt dismissed. I was told if not better in 4 to 6 weeks to come back even though I've been dealing with this problem for months. It was very frustrating.
I was most pleased with the doctor and the time he took with me to explain my hip condition, answered my questions and I left feeling very confident in his expertise in helping me with my hip replacement procedure.
We think highly of Dr. RIORDAN because he lays it on the line and explains reasons.
