Easy to share information with. Good listener. Considerate but not patronizing about my physical limitations in getting up on the examining table. Clear summary & recommendations for 2 O T C products to start treating my excessive gas & abdominal discomfort. The opportunity to tell a knowledgeable Caregiver gave me peace of mind so I can more readily go forward even though I'm occasionally uncomfortable because of the gas. She understood my description of the difference between'pain' & 'discomfort'. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so I'm almost always uncomfortable, but not 'in pain' like the insurance co asks about. (Or is it Medicare that wants to know what level of'pain' a patient has?) I know a lot about the medical profession; she's someone I'd entrust my challenges to, knowing that she would do a very good job for me

Received all the info I needed regarding my appointment. I responded no to diet, exercise and injury as that did not pertain to this appointment. Would like the call center to function better. It just seems to provide a barrier between patient and care provider.
