Alexa was very knowledgeable about CPAP .

Alexa was very thorough as she was examining me. She and I covered everything about my present illness and we talked about what scripts would be best, to help me get through this condition.

My experience with Alexa was great. My issue was with the phone a nurse I was transferred to when I first called who was very goofy and not professional. Being a disabled RN with 37 years experience I felt this person was not a good representation for Aurora! He quick put me on hold due to a scream in the background, I thought he was talking to me but was talking to someone there. When I was asked questions you could tell he was reading from a script. He definitely needs further guidance and instruction to allow the questions and information to flow.

Asked if I had any other questions and answered everything that I needed, answered and gave me some pointers on what to do. Great experience.
