Alexa is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and engaging in her work with patients. She ordered necessary medication (which the pharmacy never let me know was filled) in a timely fashion. Thank you for your concern.

I had a hard time getting thru had to talk to 3 people same questions to get me to where I needed to be with a nurse quite frustrating when your feeling quite sick but when I did get thru I was taken care of quickly and well taken care of beyond initial contact frustration got great follow thru
