Dr. Zacharias is an awesome physician with a wonderful staff. I wouldn't change a thing.

Need better communication between doctor and nurse. Nurse had me empty bladder for ultrasound and when the doctors assistant finished up she asked for a urine sample. That should have been asked before I was asked to empty bladder for ultrasound. I will now need to make a special trip to an Aurora lab for a urine sample. Doctor should also review X-rays and ultrasounds prior to my office visit. Seemed confused that he order them when I asked about them.

Dr Z is great. Very patient explained everything very well.

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. They took the time to make me feel comfortable.

The staff in the procedure room was very very helpful. The biopsy I had was a bit uncomfortable, but I appreciated the staff letting me know what was going on and what I should anticipate. Dr. Zacharias was great, as always.
