I see Dr Z once per year. I have been seeing him for a long time. He is a gentle man who I greatly respect. He will spend extra time if necessary, but knows how to focus on the task at hand. I trust him for my urological health.

There was no reason for the provider to speak to me about illness prevention/healthy eating/exercise/health goals/etc. because I am seeing him post-cancer surgery monitoring and there is nothing further for me to do at this time.
