Alex was very patient. Did not feel rushed and answered all my questions.

This was a visit to a specialist. So this was the first and only time I will speak with Alex Koch. He was knowledgeable and had a great manner.

Very comfortable and personable doctor to be around, and puts you at ease throughout the entire process. Very good experience. However, many other doctors that I have met at Aurora Hospital and clinics give me the impression of being pushed to meet timelines and quotas of patients. The doctors seem stressed, and it just doesn't give me a feeling of being able to know my doctor very well and vice versa. Years ago I had doctor's that knew me and my family very well and took a vested interest in taking the time to do so. I guess gone are the days of the good ole' family doctor practice.

Alex was so helpful with my post surgical dressing issues. We were both able to find some humor in it.
