Alesha was wonderful! She spent time with me talking over my illness and other issues. Gave me good advice.
My visit was a positive experience, with little waiting between times spent updating information with the nurse/medical assistant (?), the doctor's exam and the lab visit. I really appreciated the assistance of the receptionist with making the necessary appointments for future visits, as I have a tendency to procrastinate when it comes to following up with the instructions to contact schedulers. All of the staff at Aurora -Port Washington were so professional and courteous that it leaves me hoping I never have to switch to another health care provider!

Honestly, she is such a good doctor. She listens to my concerns and educates me on things I'm concern about. She has good customer service skills and seems always happy to see me. Other doctors in the past were kind of dismissive of me when it came to mental heath because I was living with my dad and he was proving food, a roof over my head, and keeping me in school. So why would I be depressed and have anxiety? But they didn't know what was going on at home with all the drama I was dealing with and sometimes my dad was in the doctor visits. I would be scared to speak up on what was bothering me. Furthermore, Alesha and I appreciate her. Thank you
