First of all, I was late because of poor planning with my toddler and they could've turned me away but they didn't, I'm so appreciative. This is the first time that I've seen someone read and reference the new patient questionnaire I filled out. I really appreciate that it wasn't a waste of my time and that he actually used some of the information on the form. Also, he provided me with so much more detail than I'd received in the past and in a way that I understood. Honestly, I usually try to find female doctors but I'm so glad he was the first available because this is the most I've felt heard in a while. Also, the MA (or nurse? The one that looks my vitals) was so nice! She asked if I wanted toys for my son and he's still playing with one of them days later. I loved my experience, thank you all so much.
