Has no respect for my time. Asking me to always arrive 15 minutes early is asinine when the doctor does not see me until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. You should tell patients to arrive 30 minutes late for their appointments, NOT 15 minutes early.

He also shows compassion- I think that means a lot.
