I arrived at 4:00 PM for my wellness appointment. I was told that Dr. Wilson was running 1 hour late, and I could reschedule my appointment if I didn't want to wait. I decided to wait. The nurse saw me at 5:00 PM and asked me a number of questions and took my blood pressure and my percent of oxygen. I then waited until 5:45 before seeing Dr. Wilson. We talked about my health, but he never checked my lungs, eyes or ears. He did give me good advice about a Walkman procedure which I am thankful for. I left his office at 6:30.

The ladies at the front desk do not know how to treat people , have bad attitude and need more training!
