Dr. Jacobson is always on top of all of my medical problems - carefully reviewing notes and summaries from my other providers - of which the majority are with medical organizations other than Advocate. I find this most unusual and refreshing!!!

Guess the doctor was running late. Had to wait almost 40 minutes in the exam room after the nurse took my vitals. Had to wait 15 minutes before I was called in by the nurse.

Dr Jacobson is the BEST rheumatologist ever! I have referred 5 friends who are all his patients now and are living better lives because of him...I feel that my lupus is in control bc of him and the way he refers and works with others. He always listens I value his advice like gold
