Dr jacobson is kind and attentive. I feel like he knows me and cares that I am given options for the best quality of life!

Good listener as he gathered info about my health and other providers I had seen. He ordered test and had a care plan for me. This was my initial appointment and he was kind, knowledgeable and informative. I left feeling confident that he would be able to help me.

I think it's ridiculous that I have to come in 15 minutes before my appointment. However, I waited in the room for another 15 minutes. So that's 30 extra minutes of my time that was taken up before my scheduled appointment. I understand the doctors run late that's why I should only have to be there on time so that I only wait 15 minutes instead of 30.

Dr Jacobson always is up to date on any health issues I have and seems to have looked closely at my medical records before he enters the room. He is very personable and kind. Very clear in making sure I understand my prescriptions.
