Dr Jacobson is by far one of the best doctors at the clinic. He always knows my medical history before walking into the exam room. He is very personable and professional. Am so happy he is one of my doctors !

Dr. Jacobson is the best! Unfortunately, Advocate won't take my insurance plan anymore and I won't be able to continue under his care. He's been my doctor for the past 10 years and right now I am saddened and anxious about this situation. This are the types of things that happen when medical groups and insurance companies put their financial interests before the wellbeing of the people they serve.
