Good listener. Explained things well

Dr. Jacobson is one of the most amazing physicians I have seen. He reviewed my medical record in preparation for my appointment. Then he walked me thru pertinent details in my medical record from the past and asked clarifying questions. He provided me with educational material to take home and read. He reviewed my recent lab work with me. He ordered some labs, making sure not to duplicate recent labs from other physicians. Very thorough! Amazing!!

I like Dr. Jacobson so much. He has been with me for my whole journey. However, I am very irritated that you want me there 15 minutes before my appointment and rarely do I get seen by the Dr. shortly after nurse leaves the room. I wait anywhere from 15-20 minutes in room. He said that a patient earlier in the day was 45 minutes late. I feel in that case their appointment should have been rescheduled so it's not making him late on all patients that follow after them.
