I really liked the doctor's treatment and communication with the patient. The nurse who attended me when I arrived was a little rude, but everything else was very good. I felt a little uncomfortable when I first arrived.
Dr. Jacobson is excellent, and I am very appreciative for the good care that he provides. His staff is so very helpful too. Both Dr. Jacobson and the staff answer LiveWell messages quickly!

Dr. Jacobson was very kind, listened to my concerns and gave me choices & he did not just throw suggestions at me or assume like some of the other providers I have seen in the past. I will definitely recommend him to my family, friends, and colleagues. He made me feel calm and relaxed because I didn't know what to expect and I was nervous when I walked in but my nerves went away very fast after speaking to Dr. Jacobson. He is the epitome of what every provider should mimic.
Dr. Jacobson is the best. He listens and discusses any issues I might bring up. He is always prepared ahead of my appt. Always on top of other results of lab, x-rays etc. from appts with other doctors I had. Others could learn a great deal from Dr. Jacobson's patient relationship!
Not really much else Dr Jacobson's a great person. He's very knowledgeable at what he does always enjoy coming there to see him and Karen's very nice as well.
