The provider was excellent-very responsive and caring. Our only feedback is on the post-op process. While intake was smooth, post-op felt rushed, with a clear focus on quick discharge. For children, allowing both parents in the post-op area could reduce anxiety and help the child recover and leave more quickly and smoothly. An anxious child struggles to follow instructions and protocols, which slows things down for everyone.

Dr. Hanna is amazing! She is the reason we stay at this practice!
