This Dr kept me waiting for almost 45 minutes after I was brought back to the exam room before he examined me. The exam room got really warm and having to wear a mask made it difficult to breathe. It would have made more sense to keep me in the waiting area if it was going to take that long to be examined. I would have been more comfortable. My appt was at 10:00am. I arrived at 9:45. I was called back to the exam room at 10:00am and he did not start his exam until 10:45am. I left the office at 11:10am. I felt he rushed through the exam. He did not listen to my concerns about my health. I have multiple health issues that should have been addressed. He offered absolutely no solutions or treatment options to my conditions. He offered no medications that could help with the pain I am experiencing. I asked about returning to physical therapy that I was doing pre Covid. That request was completely ignored. In his office notes he indicated my conditions were improving although that is absolutely not the case. I even explained to him I have lost 3 jobs in the last 3 years due to health issues. How is that improving. In his notes he indicated I became emotional at the end of my visit. I became emotional because I was frustrated that he wasn't listening to me. Basically it was "you are improving see you next year" I have asked my PCP to refer me to a different neurologist that will listen to my concerns and address them. This Dr obviously could care less about me as a patient. I was not listened to at all and my concerns about my health were not addressed at all! I felt my visit was a complete waste of time. I sent a message to him via the LiveWell app explaining how I felt about my visit and have received no response. Again absolutely ignored. This Dr could care less. Worst Dr experience ever!!!!
