Dr Demi is great ?

Never once was the cost of services ever mentioned. Was my visit free? Or does Aurora just charge whatever amount they like? If I take my car to an auto shop, they quote me a price. I hire a plumber, they tell me what the job will cost. I go to Aurora and it's a mystery. There should be transparency up front with the cost of services provided.

It was very definitely a positive and informative experience. Establishing care with this provider was convenient and easy, very pleased.

The process through EPIC to re-scheduled appointment is very non-user friendly. I should not have to go through the full and complete check-in process and wait until the very last step to be allowed to re-schedule my appointment. If I want to CANCEL or re-schedule my appointment, that should be the first step in the EPIC pre-check-in process.

I have an anxiety disorder and I was really thirsty after my appointment. I get chronic dry mouth. I asked Dr. Demi's nurse for some water and she said she didn't have any. I've been choking a lot and drinking something really helps. My dentist's office has a little fridge with small bottles of water for there patients free.

Doctor was running late which caused delay in seeing him. Supposedly there was added medical problems with patient he was seeing. Otherwise it was just a simple routine 6-month check-up. He did mention the possibility of retiring in three years, therefore I could not in all sincerity recommend someone else seeing him as a primary doctor if he might not be around after three years.
