Dr. Demi and his staff are ALWAYS kind and considerate of my time and my concerns. Never rush through the visit and listen to my questions.

I would like to say that I will be sent a bill for this visit, the due date of which will reflect a reasonable time period for me to send, and for Aurora to receive, payment. However, based on my experience with Aurora, this will not happen. I am happy with my doctor it is the billing department with which I have a problem. They really need to allow more than four days for patients to pay their bills!

All staff are friendly and helpful

It was my first appointment there so growing pains are to be expected. Overall I was very pleased with the visit. My only suggestion would be to adjust procedures to make visits feel less rushed. I was still asking questions as the doctor was walking out the door.
