I do not remember the young lady's name who took care of me during my MRI yesterday. However, I felt it was very important to recognize her outstanding care. I had previously attempted an MRI and was extremely uncomfortable and unable to complete it. Yesterday, when I felt the panic starting again, she was incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring. She took her time with me, talked me through the entire process, let me know each time the machine was about to start and when it finished, and never made me feel rushed. She even offered lavender to help me breathe and relax, which truly made a difference and helped me get through the exam. Her compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort meant more to me than I can express. She is an absolute asset to your team. I would give her a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend her to anyone who may be anxious about an MRI.
