Dr. Q doesn't rush he appt. He actually listens to what I have to say. He genuinely cares. He's very personable.

The only problem I have not with my Doctor directly. I was given a prescription for my .medication. I checked with the pharmacy why my medicine was on hold they told me because it was out of stock and my doctor needed to call them to try too give me a different medication only with the same dose and the same effect. Now there was a prescription for half of the dose that my insurance will not cover. It has be .50 it cost to much for me to pay out of pocket when I have insurance. Express Script told me they tried to contact the Doctor assistant they got no response from them to discuss another drug that may function the same way. I am very disappointed in how I have been treated. I think my doctor is the best. It his assistant that did follow-up. l called 7x with in two days. to speak to some no .one call back. I shouldn't have to call anyone I am not a Doctor or a pharmacy I shouldn't have to spend my time calling trying to ask what other drugs they can replace it with. All I want is to be treated like a person not a number. After this year I will try to find a different doctor that doesn't have an assistant like the one my doctor has.
