Excellent experience. Dr Khraisat and staff are ALWAYS willing to listen and explain any issue at all.
I had to wait quite long to be seen. Not sure if other patients had bigger issues or if he was late because of surgery but nothing was said like "sorry I'm so late". I do respect & like the dr though .
Appointment was at 1:15 vitals were completed at 1:20 sat in exam room till 2:20 and left without seeing the doctor, very disappointed. Do not bill me for no services rendered.
Answered all of my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with my visit. Very grateful for my cardiologist and his team.
I arrived 20 minutes early finally got taken to the exam room at 9:20. After that I waited another48 minutes to see the doctor for 5 minutes. It is pointless to be on time or early when I had to wait almost an hour past my appointment time. It was a re-check for my blood pressure and I have 6 month follow up.
My doctor and his staff did a fantastic job always have nothing but good to say about everybody in his office
