I arrived at 10:25 as directed by 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment. The doc did not see me until 11:19. How do I know it was 11:19 I was watching the clock because I needed to leave at 11:20 for another appointment at 12:00 Noon. Almost an hour of wait time for a 5 minute session when I was early by 20 minutes is very poor service. This is not typical of my other aurora docs. It is typical of this one. I was then late to my 12:00.
He absolutely knows what he is doing & shows true concern for his patients.
Listened to all I had to say and responded accordingly.
Again after discussing the procedure, I felt confident and was glad we could talk. I found out I had a heart murmur. The Dr said the ex-rays showed that I am stronger on that side.

We came well before the appointment. Unfortunately the doctor was 45 minutes late coming into the room. This was our first office visit with him, and this is what stood out the most!
