I love my PCP however I don't feel the need to have an appointment for the doc to prescribe medication for a cold sore. Money and time here as monthly premiums are expensive enough. I feel that having an established relationship with my doctor should be good enough for a simple prescription via livewell app in minor situations such as this without the added cost to the patient.
