Dr Aga is CONSISTENTLY knowledgeable, kind, patient, warm; she honestly appears to care for me and my life. Her understanding of my complex medical problems makes me feel safe. I am lucky to have found her.

The doctor should have a designated time (e.g. an hour or two) during the week for direct telephone contact with the patient, when the patient can call if he or she needs advice. These should be short and specific conversations (limited time, 2-3 minutes), e.g. "I feel bad after taking this medicine, what should I do?" Now we only have contact with the reception, which does not help or is unable to help. It is often necessary to contact a doctor!
