Dr Maurer and her staff is very knowledgeable and always pleasant! Dr. Maurer does her research ahead of time, to find the best medical solution for the problem at hand. I trust her, and know that I will be taken care of.

Dr Maurer and her staff are great. What I would like to see changed is as an older individual who uses health care more than once a year, prior to every visit even if they are days apart I get an e-mail asking me to do my precheck in registration by logging in to the Live Well app. This is frustrating and a waste of time. I Medicare patient and my insurance does not change in a week! Figure out how to do ask this only the first time in the New Years. I find myself ignoring this and just deleting the message. I do not think you want patients deleting messages from you. Only ask when necessary and make all message value important.
