The doctor and his staff are awesome
the waiting room was far too small for the number of patients that were to be seen. Especially during the time of Covid et.al. this is definite danger to all in the area.
Our appointment was at 1pm. But we were waiting in the waiting area for 30 minutes until 1.30 pm to be called inside by a nurse. Our time is also valuable.
Glad he will be our cardiologist now !! Great to have one so close to home !! Great visit !!

The wait times are unacceptable. Physicians wouldn't wait for a patient 15 minutes late but patients are expected to wait for over an hour to be seen by a physician, well past the appt time. I arrived earlier than appt but front staff didn't get to me after 20 mins of waiting.
It was just Ok. They were running a half hour late for a 9 am appointment and it felt a bit like they were playing catch up.
Excellent heart doctor, nice nurse. Only one problem you had. only one secretary to check you in and check you out. for heart department. The line was very long. (THE OTHER DESK WOMEN WOULD NOT HELP, HANDLE WOMEN HEALTH DEPARTMENT ONLY) At Advocate Health Care on Ballard Pavilon All the desk personal can check patients in and out from all departments no waiting in line for twenty minutes.
