I had to wait a very long time after the initial screening by the nurse to see the doctor. The nurse and doctor apologized for the extensive delay but it was overly excessive. Keep soliciting patients feedback. Everything can always be improved if the will is there to make changes that benefit all parties.

Continue to be impressed with Dr Chaus and his staff. He also helped me with an Advocate referral for a new primary physician as my previous doctor has retired.

The Cumberland location is a much better experience overall. He is very easy to talk to and has a great disposition.

Service of nurses & doctors always very kind & informative. However, front desk needs back-up for cardiology. There were 3+ clients waiting to check out & no one on duty. They need help on the administrative side. Otherwise, perfect service. Will be back soon!
