I started my experience with a blood test which was done at the designated time. Then I was scheduled for an Echo which was also done on time. However, I waited one hour past my appointment time with Dr. Chaus to see him. This is unacceptable! My time is just as valuable as anyone else's. It seems the whole Cardiac team of doctors I see has problems with time management.

This is the 3rd time appt. was scheduled. If it was cancelled again I might be looking for a new doctor.
