The provider is very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me where I would understand my health, he is a very good doctor and I would recommend him to anyone

I like the fact that the providers listens to what I have to say

I was running late by 10 minutes but I called the provider to inform them. I had two appointments that day. The device check lasted longer than anticipated due to equipment issues. The second appointment to meet with the doctor was disappointing to wait longer than expected, even though I could hear the doctor in the hallway talking with staff. When I attempted to go to the front desk to reschedule, he was suddenly available. When he came to the room to see me, he proceeds tell me about how appointments can be delayed due to previous patients needs. Something I was already aware of and have always understood. But the fact that I heard him in the hallway made his comments seem disingenuous.
