Provider kept me waiting nearly 20 minutes, between the time an assistant took my vitals and the time the provider actually entered the exam area. Provider then ordered three blood tests -- without mentioning that I'm supposed to fast ahead of them. I drove well out of my way to an Aurora facility -- not having fasted -- and only then learned of that requirement (from a snotty phlebotomist).(New Paragraph) Milwaukee, per usual, has no good health care options. There are poor options (Aurora); bad options (Froedtert) and much worse options (Ascension). Grudgingly, I patronize Aurora only because among 2023 Obamacare plans, this is the "best" choice for me. The only common thread among Milwaukee's "Big Three": Health care is, at best, a secondary goal. Making money -- hand over fist -- is the first (as we all read one year ago, Froedtert was, at the time, sitting on $2 billion cash.)
I am glad Dr. Sadik is my new PCP
I am not sure that I agree with Dr. Sadik when he said I didn't need to get blood work before our next visit in 6 months.
This was my first time meeting Dr Sadik and let me tell you he surpassed my expectations. I hope he continues to listen to my concerns and helps me get to a better health. Thanks!
Very pleasant and helpful.
I had to change doctors and in my first appointment he had a detailed plan that my previous never had.
It was only his first day. I waited about one hour before the Dr came in.
First time I've seen him but I might switch over to him to be my doctor
The staff was not organized. Two LPNs attempted to ask the same set of questions. All tests were not completed, i.e. eye test. Hearing test was rushed. The doctor breezed through the blood test results and did not address the one result that was out of range.
Talked a little about why I was there. But wanted to talk about my diet and suggest I get with my boss about stepping down from my position, my neck pain has nothing to do with my job. Not sure why he would even suggest that. I will make sure I do not see him again.
