The facilities and equipment seemed a little dated and not as clean as I was expecting from a healthcare facility. Walking in I was looking for a mask as I had a cold and was being seen in the cancer center. I could not find any in several different locations. I just kept my distance from other patients and let the Rn know that I had a cold. I've been impressed by many of the provider staff across facilities, but the buildings, supplies, and equipment seem to come up second hand in appearance. I hope the staff are getting the tools they need atleast to do their job as best as possible.

Dr. Siegel is a great guy. My daughter and I both see him for FMF. He follows me closely in order to adjust my medication according to my particular needs. He is genuinely concerned for my wellbeing.

This was my first video medical consult. My only negative was the time gap sometimes between the audio exchange. Dr Siegel was cordial, professional and knowledgeable for this follow up visit.
