Dr. Siegel and staff are the best!
Scheduling a bone marrow on the phone with office staff was very frustrating. We were told two different things from two departments. Seemed like the office and x-ray were not on the same page. I was given a date and then told I was not on the schedule. I'm considering treatment at Pro Health if this is the way of handling me.

Provider is very caring and really takes interestin me as a person as a whole. I have a terminal illness but he is still very positive and encouraging taking the best care and treatment possible

Documentation of systems is critically flawed as seen in livewell site. For example,it states ENDOCRINE: Patient denies diabetes, thyroid disease, hormone replacement, hot flashes. I have both diabetes and thyroid disease. It is clear the documenter copies previous notations without asking the question. I advised the nurse who indicated she did not know how to fix it. Dr Siegel later edited it. When I reviewed in livewell it was back to being incorrect. How can one have confidence in your institution if basic health notations are not taken seriously by providers?
Dr Siegel is the epitome of a great doctor. Listens, understands, compassionate, and always in good humor. Couldn't find better.
