Very knowledgeable and kind

Dr Basler was great he listened to me and my wife. The Doctor explained things to me that I understand- if I had more questions I could contact him. He also said he would contact his partners to see if their was any other things we could do. I got a phone call within the hour with his partner to set up an appointment

-I felt very comfortable in Dr. Basler's presence. I think he honestly cared.

Thank you for putting me at ease about potential surgery! This provider was kind, honest, and respectful. He took the time to answer my questions and explain things well. I felt safe and like he acknowledged my concerns and needs. Although we aren't doing surgery now, I would definitely feel comfortable going to this provider if my need for surgical treatment changes. The appointment started early! Great appointment!

The Doctor was fantastic have absolutely nothing negative to say about that at all. The facility on the other hand needs help, when someone is required to be on oxygen it would be nice if there was oxygen available to be used. My portable unit was running very low on oxygen and the 3 people I spoke with did nothing about it. Any other time I am in a hospital or clinic I have been provided with oxygen while I am in the facility.
