My experience with the young lady who booked my labs at the lab desk was very unpleasant. She was very rude and hostile for no reason. she asked my name and I provided it she asked my number and I told her I had just been scheduled in case she she was having a hard time finding me and she kind of went off on me for no reason saying how their systems were all different and all this other things and I said I'm sorry I just thought u were having a hard time find me in your system her last words were er "WELL I HAVE U SCHEDULED NOW U CAN HAVE A SEAT" I was so blown away on how someone who is the face of Aurora could be so rude and distasteful for no apprarent reason I know we all have bad days but I wasn't rude to this lady loud or anything I simply was trying to help her find me in your system so I told the person who took my blood I wants to report my experience so I ended up speaking with a RN there and as she listened she immediately downplayed and took sides onthe situation say "well we all do have different systems" and "we're u still able to to get scheduled" and I told her it had absolutely nothing to do with any systems or any of that it was specifically how that representative handled our encounter she was rude and her delivery was hostile. I'm only leaving my feedback because I've been with Aurora for many years and I know personally this is not the mission you all are aiming for on how you would like your patients treated as it being my first time being at that clinic I am now considering a new doctor because I do not want to encounter those ladies again or be treated rude and disrespectfully when all I'm doing is simply coming for care
