I had several concerns when I arrived for my appointment which were all addressed satisfactorily. When I returned home I realized that I had failed to ask an important question so I sent a message to my provider via the app. She responded in a very timely manner. In general after my appointment I feel much more at ease about the direction that we are moving in.
