friendly and helpful staff - the best!

Most of the staff seems to be way too much in a hurry. Patients have anxieties that better earlier communication would resolve. Some of the information left to the patient to review and gain knowledge on their own can be somewhat overwhelming. Having different personal medical affiliates also creates an issue with communication as I found out.
