Dr Vaishnav is an excellent clinician and I appreciate his thoroughness. I have gone from 5 allergy meds down to 2 with his treatments.
The provider did not listen fully to my concerns. I felt interrupted and unheard.

Dr. made me feel that I was responsible for the ramifications of my allergy to lidocaine. I know he was frustrated with my dentist for not providing me the medication I needed, but he didn't understand that I was equally as frustrated!
It would have been nice if the nursing staff cleaned the pen markings off my back after the allergy tests. I was left with a shirt with purple/blue stains.......
Great long time time relationship with clinic and doctors.
They were not very timely with the flow of my visit overall. I spent the first 5 minutes with the nurse going over and up dating records and taking blood pressure and heart rate. I spent the next 18 minutes in the room by myself waiting for the doctor. Yes, I kept an eye on the time. And finally the last about 7 minutes of my visit were with the doctor going over the information he had from past years, what my current conditions are, and my options for the future. I did not like that I spent more time in the office waiting for the doctor to come than the time I spent with the nurse and doctor. I expected better, especially when my appoint had been moved from the 5:00pm scheduled time up to 4:20pm at the request of the office. A 5 minute wait is understandable if they are busy but, waiting 18 minutes for an appointment that was pre-scheduled after already being in the room for 5 minutes does not make sense.
