The 2 ladies that work the front desk are usually not very friendly or warm. Yesterday there was a 3rd lady I've never seen before and she was the nicest and friendliest person up front. She was very pleasant do deal with. I was so grateful for her kindness.

Dr Jella very kind and listens well. I did not feel pressured very calm. Simple understanding and thank you to the MA, Lab and Nurse Navigator. Very compassionate and smiling despite my cancer diagnosis- thank you and that the GI doctor who recommended Dr. Jella

Dr. Jella is an excellent oncologist. Aurora is so fortunate to have Dr. Jella as a provider. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable physician.

It's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Jella and his staff. They also find my vein first time, every time, unlike some other Aurora personnel around the hospital.
