Lot of the questions didn't really have anything to answer for my visit

The front desk area could use more help. When there is a line almost out of the office area, there's a problem.

The doc. had some difficult cases which slowed him down somewhat. He was however very attentive to me when I saw him.

I switched from Ascension to Aurora during the Covid epidemic. It was the right decision. Very satisfied with Aurora--doctors, nurses, technical personnel.

The lab technician was very personable and spent the time that she was with me talking to me instead of one of her co- workers. She made me feel like a person and not a number.? Dr Jella and his nurse were also wonderful! It was a positive experience.
