He seemed lost in his own world. I expect a doctor to care about his patients, unlike this one.

I appreciated the way I was treated and how all of my questions were answered. I also am grateful that Dr H explained things thoroughly, and didn't make me feel rushed, or like he didn't have enough time to address my concerns.
Great professional with a wonderful "doctor/patient bedside manner". Gave a pretty thorough exam. Asked questions and gave suggestions and advice. I loved his sense of humor.
