Dr Safranski and all the staff at Howard's Grove Aurora Clinic are easy to talk to, friendly and they all show concern about my health. It's a pleasure to go to that clinic!

Going to the Howard's Grove clinic is the best move I could have made. From the receptionists to the nurses and Dr Safranski, it just feels so stress free. They are all a caring bunch!
This is the first time I have had a provider actually listen to my concerns and provide help and referrals based on what I was talking about. I really appreciated it because of past experience were I was told it's all in my head
Nurse and Doctor were very professional, however one lady in the office (reception) was loudly complaining to the other and questioning hours one worker gets over the other, certainly not professional. When you have people in the waiting area they should NOT be talking about internal office matters or for that matter personal business. With no Muzak, YouTube music or other music in the background you hear everything.

Dr Safranski is very thorough which is important to me since I have a number of conditions and a complicated medical history.
This was only the first time I've had an appt since Dr Safranski because my primary HCP. It took 2 weeks to get in for an appointment, but otherwise everything went great. And the personnel at the front desk were excellent, as was the nurse who started the appointment.
This was my first visit so I didn't expect Dr. Safranski to know much about my history but she took the time to learn more, look over records and give me some action plans. Kind, effective and efficient.
